HOTEL 8 ROOMS - RESIDENCE 18 APARTMENTS Nestled in an olive grove on the estate's own farm, the rooms are in the old farmhouse, home to the renowned restaurant. The apartments are about 150 meters from the main building, spread across other farmhouses on the estate. For trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, it's the ideal location, thanks to its proximity to the Capoliveri Bike Park, with over 100 km of trails. It's about 2,5 km from the town of Capoliveri and 2 km from Porto Azzurro.
BEACH It is about 2000 meters from the fine sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri and 2500 meters from Naregno, both with free stretches alternating with bathing establishments. On the beach you can find restaurants, bars, car parks, a sailing school, windsurfing and a diving centre.
MACHINERY It offers private, unattended, shaded parking for cars (covered for motorcycles), a swimming pool with a children's area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, a bar, a lounge and TV room, free Wi-Fi, a safe at reception, air conditioning in common areas, a luggage storage area, ping-pong, and children's games. On the large terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, an American-style buffet breakfast is served daily, offering a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The restaurant offers table service and specializes in using locally sourced products from the family farm. ROOMS Located in the central building, mostly on the first floor with balcony, and in some cases on the ground floor with a small garden. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, telephone, kettle, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They are divided into Standard Toscana e Superior Pool View, they can only be double or twin.
THE APARTMENTS Located in various farmhouses, they are either on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor with a terrace. They all have a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The Mono VG apartments have a garden view, while the Mono VP apartments have a pool view.
