RESIDENCE 24 APARTMENTS The complex is located in the center of the Gulf of Lacona, in a suggestive context between the blue of the sea and the green of the hills, immersed in a park of pines, cypresses, myrtle and mastic trees, it is the ideal place to relax, experience the sea and nature surrounded by the enchanting setting of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It is about 12 km from the town of Capoliveri and 8 km from Portoferraio.
CONVENTIONED BEACH (payment on site). The long, fine sandy beach of Lacona is about 200 meters away. In addition to free stretches of beach, there are also numerous beach clubs where you can rent umbrellas and loungers, one of which has an agreement with the hotel. You can also rent dinghies, small boats, canoes, and pedal boats. A diving center is also available.
MACHINERY It offers private, unattended parking with one parking space per apartment. Self-check-in is available, along with a coin-operated laundry and outdoor shower. The complex grounds include a bazaar, boutiques, a newsstand, and a bar (all externally managed). Lacona also offers minimarkets, scooter rentals, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and a pharmacy. All kinds of services can be found in the center of Capoliveri or Portoferraio. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Located in two buildings, they are available on the raised ground floor with a garden, or on the first or second floor with a furnished balcony or terrace for outdoor dining.
