HOTEL 13 ROOMS - RESIDENCE 55 APARTMENTS -18 VILLAS The Resort is immersed in a stunning setting of pristine Mediterranean scrub, nestled on a private promontory of approximately 450 hectares and overlooking 12 km of enchanting coastline with a succession of small beaches, coves, and natural bays. It is ideal for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and harmony with nature. It is approximately 9 km from the town of Capoliveri (about 3 km of which is a dirt road). The distance from the main building and the beach varies depending on the location of each individual unit. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
CONVENTIONED BEACH Payment on site. The beaches of Remaiolo, Calanova, and Istia offer partner beach clubs, which are also accessible via a free scheduled shuttle service. Remaiolo is a charming small gravel cove with a restaurant and snack bar, and offers canoe, SUP, and pedal boat rentals. It is also home to a Freediving Center with expert instructors and guides, snorkeling opportunities, and a Diving Center. Istia and Calanova are smaller mixed sand coves, the latter also featuring a restaurant/bar.
MACHINERY The resort is accessible via an electronic barrier and features a heated swimming pool with a solarium and a bar/restaurant, both of which were completely renovated in 2026 (scheduled to open June 30). It offers unattended private parking, a mini-market with a bar, free Wi-Fi, and a coin-operated laundry. Mini Club 4-12 years old from mid-June to mid-September. The resort offers several restaurants, all with payment on site. For the Meal Plan at the historic villa's restaurant, a continental breakfast is served buffet style, while dinner, with table service, offers a two-course menu with a salad and dessert buffet, and water. At the signature wine cellar, guests can enjoy tastings of wines from the resort's own winery. For sports enthusiasts, with payment on site: equestrian center with instructors, yoga center, clay and synthetic tennis courts with introductory courses for younger guests (Camp Fit with federal instructors and Piatti Tennis Camp in July), padel, gym, and trekking excursions. Additionally, mountain bike and e-bike rentals with specialized guides and bike center instructors are available to guests. Over 100 km of roads, including a bike park and single track, are available in the area. The resort accepts credit cards.
ROOMS Some are located in the 19th-century villa and have a shared sea-view terrace, while others are in neighboring buildings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a telephone, a mini-bar, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Standard e Higher, the latter, more spacious, can be double or twin only. The typology Comfort This room, also available as a double or twin room, is located in the adjacent Eucalipti building and has a garden with a veranda. Superior Plus They can accommodate up to three people and consist of a double or twin bedroom and a living room with a single sofa bed and services, such as Comfort Plus, the latter located on the first floor in the building called Oleandri. Garden Suite (approx. 50 m2 + 35 m2 patio + 40 m2 solarium) furnished with natural and refined materials, they are new for 2026, they consist of a double bedroom, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a single bathroom and two independent entrances.
