RESIDENCE 25 APARTMENTS The complex, made up of multi-family buildings, stands on the side of a hill surrounded by greenery of oaks, olive trees, myrtles and laurels. The characteristic surrounding bucolic landscape extends up to the Ospedale plateau, a nature reserve in which rocky massifs, forests, a lake and a waterfall alternate, ideal for long walks and excursions. Just 6 km away, the renowned center of Porto Vecchio offers numerous shops, restaurants, bars and eateries.
BEACH About 800 meters from the hotel is the small cove of Pezza Cardo. The coast on this side is fringed by over 35 km of beaches, most of which have fine white sand. Among the most beautiful, about 6 km away, are the beaches of San Cipriano and Cala Rossa, while those of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia are about a 20-minute drive away.
EQUIPMENT Surrounded by large outdoor spaces, it has two private, unattended parking lots, one in the upper part of the complex and the other in the lower part. In the central area, there is an outdoor swimming pool (18x9 m) equipped with sun loungers and awnings, a reception desk (open during scheduled hours), a children's play area, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped fitness room, a bocce court, table tennis, and a coin-operated laundry. Nearby, there is a small market open year-round and a delicatessen open only for a few months during the summer season. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Simple and functional, some with exposed wooden beams, they can be arranged on the ground floor with outdoor space or on the first floor with terrace, always equipped with garden furniture and barbecue (electric or charcoal). Some with sea view, all have independent entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette with glass ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, bathroom with shower.

ACCOMODATION free (min. 2 nights; for stays less than 7 nights see daily prices, for stays more than 7 nights pro-rata rates on the weekly price). Arrival from 17.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am. Please advise for arrivals after 19.00 pm (if not reported, delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed).
SERVICES INCLUDED electricity and water consumption, air conditioning. Bed linen and towels with beds ready upon arrival (first supply only). Final cleaning (obligation to return the kitchenette clean and dispose of waste; otherwise a penalty will be required).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on site) Euro 300 mandatory by credit card as guarantee.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 15 per week, linen excluded. Free if with own cot.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES up to 31 days before arrival as per the General Conditions, from 30 to 21 days 30%, from 20 to 15 days 50%, from 14 to 8 days 75%, from 7 days 100%.
