RESIDENCE 94 APARTMENTS Situated on a promontory in a commanding position that slopes gently toward the sea, it is surrounded by vegetation, including cork oaks, myrtle, and strawberry trees. Built in a Mediterranean style, it consists of terraced houses and two-story buildings. The Pinarello area is among the most beautiful and famous in southern Corsica and is about 5 km from the village of Santa Lucia di Porto Vecchio.
BEACH About 700 meters away is a small public beach of sand and pebbles. The coast of this part of the region is characterized by azure sea and fine white sand beaches. Worth a visit are those of Pinarello, San Cipriano, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Rondinara, and Santa Manza, some offering umbrella rentals.
EQUIPMENT It offers private, unattended parking for one apartment (a second car can be parked as directed by management), a relaxation area with a swimming pool open from June to September (dates are indicative, opening/closing at the property's discretion), free Wi-Fi, a bocce court, and a barbecue area. A laundry room with dryer is available for a fee. A reception desk with an assistant is available on arrival/departure days and during the week at scheduled times. Bars, restaurants, and pizzerias are nearby. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Simple and functional, mostly on two levels and with sloping ceilings, both are located on the mezzanine or first floor with balcony equipped. They can have different sizes, even if of the same type, and all have air conditioning, a kitchenette with electric hobs, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an Italian moka. On request, free of charge and while stocks last, French coffee maker. Services with shower cubicle. The apartments do not have a TV connection.

ACCOMODATION Available until June 21st and from September 6th (minimum 3 nights, pro-rata rates), Sunday/Sunday other periods (excluding Trilo 6 DS). From June 21st to August 2nd and from August 23rd to September 6th Trilo 6 DS Check-in/check-out Monday/Saturday/Sunday (minimum 5 nights, pro-rata rates, 7 nights for other periods). Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-out after 11:30 PM is not possible.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory €85 per stay. Includes electricity, water, and air conditioning. Final cleaning (kitchenette to be cleaned by the guest).
