RESIDENCE 65 APARTMENTS It is located in the seaside village of Solenzara, now a renowned jewel of the Costa Madreperla, just steps from the sea and the small marina. The town, nestled between the sea and the mountains, is a perfect starting point for scenic nature hikes. The residential complex is spread over three floors, accessible by elevator, and enjoys splendid views of the bay, the harbor, and the inland mountains. It is approximately 150 meters from the lively center, with shops, bars, and restaurants.
BEACH The wide, golden Solenzara beach is about a 300-meter walk away, accessible via a small strip of sand, or about 2 km by car. Further south are numerous renowned beaches, including Canella, located in a protected area, with a golden sand beach stretching over 400 meters. On the beach, you can rent small boats and enjoy various water sports, including windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, jet skiing, diving, and boat excursions.
EQUIPMENT Guests have access to free private, unattended underground parking (one space per apartment), and a small above-ground rooftop pool with a stunning sea view. The pool is open until the end of September (opening/closing at management's discretion). The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Modern in style and furnished to the taste of the individual owners, they all feature a balcony, air conditioning, TV, electric stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pod/filter coffee maker, and microwave. Bathrooms include showers.
