RESIDENCE 69 BUNGALOWS Exceptionally located overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica, between the sea and the nature reserve of the Santa Giulia lagoon. It is composed of bungalows almost camouflaged in the green, a few steps from the sea. It is about 8,5 km from Porto Vecchio, with its meeting places, characteristic shops and excellent restaurants.
BEACH It overlooks the beautiful beach of Santa Giulia, with its crystalline waters and white sand, in a free and accessible stretch. Nearby possibility of renting umbrellas, motor and sailing boats, surfing and windsurfing. Possibility of renting beach towels on site.
EQUIPMENT It offers unattended private parking and free Wi-Fi. Check-in and luggage storage are available at the reception of Residence Castell'Verde (under the same management). Half-board is available upon reservation at the Hotel Moby Dick restaurant. A charging station for electric vehicles is available for a fee, and babysitting and dry cleaning services are available upon request. A minimarket (open seasonally) is located a 10-minute walk away, in the heart of the bay, selling newspapers, beach items, pastries, bread, and basic groceries. The property accepts credit cards.
THE BUNGALOWS They are located beneath the pine forest in a sensitive natural site and subject to specific rules of living to protect the environment. About 30 meters from the beach and in a natural pedestrian zone, the Bungalow They can be in the 1st or 2nd row depending on their position with respect to the beach. All the accommodations (Mono) are built in brick and wood paneled and have a private entrance, an outdoor terrace with a pergola and garden furniture, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower (except Default) The accommodations do not have a TV. They are divided into Standard (2nd row) garden side, non-renovated type; Superior (1st row) sea side with interiors renovated in 2021; Premium (1st row) sea side with panoramic view, internally and externally renovated in 2021.
MONO 2/3 beds (approx. 20 sq m) Living room with double bed and kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Bathroom. (A third bed can be added for children up to 13 years old, or a crib can be added, with a supplement payable locally, except for the Premium category).

ACCOMODATION Available until July 6 and from August 24 (minimum 3 nights until June 13 and from September 12, 7 nights from June 13 to July 6 and from August 24 to September 12, pro-rata rates). Other periods: Monday to Monday or Tuesday to Tuesday, pro-rata rates. Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 11:00 PM.
