THE RESIDENCE Located in a privileged position and surrounded by greenery, it is located in the bay of Santa Giulia about 8 km from the center of Porto Vecchio. The apartments are distributed in different residential complexes in various areas of the Marina di Santa Giulia. The bay offers a postcard setting, 20 hectares of park with flowers and trees that reach the sea, while the town of Porto Vecchio, built on a hill with its old city surrounded by ancient walls, presents itself with houses and alleys of stone and its main square. The Marina has developed around its marina, with restaurants, shops, bars and meeting places.
BEACH Depending on their location, the apartments are 150 to 900 meters from the beautiful Santa Giulia beach, one of the most famous in southern Corsica. Featuring both public and private stretches, it offers shallow, crystal-clear waters and offers approximately 2 km of opportunities for jet skiing, windsurfing, water skiing, boat trips, diving, and pedal boat rentals. Beach towels are available for rent at the property, subject to charges.
EQUIPMENT The units have a parking space, not always adjacent to the apartments. About 800 meters from the sea, in one of the complex's various complexes, is the swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and loungers, accessible via a digital code. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until July 4 and from August 30 (minimum 5 nights for Grand Maison, minimum 3 nights for other types), Saturday/Saturday or Sunday/Sunday for other periods. Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify for arrivals after 8:00 PM. A penalty of €20 applies for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and a penalty of €30 after that time.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity and water, air conditioning. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly. Final cleaning (obligation to return clean kitchenette).
