RESIDENCE 150 APARTMENTS The residence consists of four buildings located in a private park of 4 hectares with pines, olive trees and cypresses, offering a relaxing environment a few steps from the port of Porto Vecchio and its meeting places.
BEACH Porto-Vecchio's most beautiful beaches, with white sand and turquoise sea, are just a few minutes' drive away. Among the most famous are Santa Giulia, about 8 km away, which is shallow and has a transparent seabed, and Palombaggia Beach, about 13 km away, which stretches for over 1500 meters. Nearby, you can enjoy diving, boat trips, and jet ski rentals.
EQUIPMENT In addition to the large park, it has a private guarded parking lot, a large 600 m5 swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and a bar, a lift, free Wi-Fi, an internal bar, reception on set days and times, a gym with entrance reserved for adults and equipped with: a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a bike and upper body equipment. THE APARTMENTS Spacious and furnished in a modern style, they are spread across the building's various floors, all accessible by elevator. All have a large terrace with outdoor furniture, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, a kitchenette with an induction hob, a traditional oven, a column fridge, and a dishwasher. Bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine is available in the Deluxe apartments. An iron and ironing board, kettle, and toaster are available upon request upon arrival and subject to availability. Depending on their location, apartments vary in size.
