RESIDENCE 75 VILLAS/APARTMENTS It is located within a large 13-hectare park that extends almost to the edge of the beach, along the eastern coast of Corsica. The upper section of the property offers beautiful sea views of the gulf. The center of Pinarello, a small, traditional seaside village, is about 2 km away, while Porto Vecchio is approximately 16 km away.
BEACH Depending on the location of each individual housing unit, the distance from the sea varies from 300 to 900 m. Reachable with a nice walk inside the property, on the sandy beach of Pinarello there are a bar and sailing school. Numerous other beaches are easily accessible nearby.
EQUIPMENT It has private unattended parking, most of which are close to the apartment, while for the Villa Standing and Villa Privilege types the parking space is in the private garden. For shared and free use of guests there is an infinity pool with panoramic views, heated in low season, cervical jets, children's area with mushroom and fitness room. Inside the structure there is a bar and laundry service. The reception is available for information, booking beauty services and organizing excursions. Babysitting service for a fee and on request. Groceries nearby, 3 km away a newsagent and tobacconist, shopping centers and well-stocked supermarkets. The structure accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Studios All studio apartments are located in the upper part of the building, about 900 meters from the beach access, with a beautiful view of the entire gulf. Well-finished and with a private entrance, they can be located on the ground floor with a terrace (sometimes covered) or on the first floor. with balcony. They feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, safe, iron and ironing board. A kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and bathroom with shower and/or bathtub (some with separate toilet) and hairdryer is also included.
