RESIDENCE 75 VILLAS/APARTMENTS It is located within a large 13-hectare park that extends almost to the edge of the beach, along the eastern coast of Corsica. The upper section of the property offers beautiful sea views of the gulf. The center of Pinarello, a small, traditional seaside village, is about 2 km away, while Porto Vecchio is approximately 16 km away.
BEACH Depending on the location of each individual unit, the distance to the sea varies from 300 to 900 meters. Reachable via a pleasant walk within the property, the sandy beach of Pinarello features bars and a sailing school. Numerous other beaches are easily accessible nearby.
EQUIPMENT Unattended private parking is available, most of which is close to the apartment, while the Villa Standing and Villa Privilege have a parking space in the private garden. Guests have free access to the following: swimming pool, bar, restaurant/pizzeria, TV room, ping-pong table, playground, tennis court, and multipurpose court. Laundry and Wi-Fi are available for a fee.
THE APARTMENTS Studios All studio apartments are located in the upper part of the building, about 900 meters from the beach access, with a beautiful view of the entire gulf. Well-finished and with a private entrance, they can be located on the ground floor with a terrace (sometimes covered) or on the first floor. with balcony. They feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, safe, iron and ironing board. A kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and bathroom with shower and/or bathtub (some with separate toilet) and hairdryer is also included.
