RESIDENCE 37 APARTMENTS The property is located in a quiet, remote location about 300 meters from the center of Ile Rousse, a beautiful and lively town named after the color of the granite that makes up Ile de la Pietra, a small island reached via an easily navigable raised road. It is a two-story building surrounded by a garden of oleanders and bougainvillea.
BEACH The white, sandy Napoléon Beach, with a gently sloping seabed, is partly public and partly equipped with facilities. It's about a 500-meter walk or a 600-meter drive from the town center. The Tramway Micheline stop is near the beach, which runs along the coast past various bays and coves. Other beautiful beaches, such as Giunchetu, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, and Bodri, with a small bar and accessed via a path, are just a few kilometers away. A diving center and boat dock are about 2 km away.
EQUIPMENT It has private internal parking not guarded and free Wi-Fi. The structure accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Recently renovated in the furnishings, they can be arranged on the ground floor or on the first floor with balcony or furnished veranda. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a bathroom with a shower.
