RESIDENCE 64 APARTMENTS Surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, the property is located in the Balagne region, in the north-west of Corsica, about 2 km from the town of Ile Rousse and close to the most beautiful beaches in the region. The area offers various sporting and cultural activities that will make your holiday unforgettable.
BEACH In Ile Rousse there are numerous beaches, the closest to the centre and the most suitable for families are those of Napoléon and Caruchettu, about 2 km from the residence, where in the summer season it is possible to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.
EQUIPMENT At guests' disposal: private unattended parking, swimming pool for adults (9,50 x 13,50 m), swimming pool for children with waterfall, hot tub, equipped with sun loungers. Also free Wi-Fi in common areas, bar, shared laundry and night watchman (from 15/06 to 15/09). In the months of July and August, for a fee, billiards, table football and ping-pong (rackets not provided, but can be rented on site). With payment on site, it is possible to have breakfast at the property. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Arranged on the ground or first floor, with balcony or terrace equipped with garden furniture, all have central air conditioning, TV, telephone, kitchenette with electric hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, bathroom with shower. Some apartments can be with mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase.
