RESIDENCE The complex is located in the open countryside and is a set of 10 buildings distributed on two levels. Located in Oletta, it is about 3 km from the center of Saint Florent, one of the most beautiful and interesting destinations in Corsica, with the typical low houses and the soft colors of the buildings perched on the coast. Nearby you can visit places of interest such as the Citadel, a solemn and majestic fortress of the XNUMXth century and the magnificent Cathedral of Nebbio.
BEACH The Gulf of Saint Florent is characterized by shallow waters and beaches of dark sand alternating with those of white sand. One of the most convenient, just 10 minutes by car, is the beach of la Roya which, thanks to its shallow waters, is ideal for children. On this side, the Desert des Agriates extends for over 40 km, a protected area with paths immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, white sand beaches such as Lodo and Saleccia and many other coves reachable only on foot or by boat.
EQUIPMENT Surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, it has private unattended parking (1 parking space per apartment), outdoor swimming pool, open until the end of September (indicative date), with children's area and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Reception at fixed times with free Wi-Fi connection, coin-operated laundry, children's games and bowling green. In the nearby center of Saint Florent you can find various services, bars, restaurants, minimarket, medical service, newspapers and tobacconist. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS All apartments have a private entrance and are modernly furnished. First-floor apartments have a balcony, while ground-floor apartments have an outdoor area, both furnished with a table and chairs. Some apartments are split-level, with a spiral staircase leading to the apartments. All apartments include air conditioning, a kitchenette with a glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. TV rental is available upon request and for a fee.

ACCOMODATION Available until August 1 (minimum 7 nights, pro-rata rates), Saturday/Saturday other times. Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM (unless otherwise notified, delivery of the apartment cannot be guaranteed).
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and air conditioning costs. Final cleaning (requires that the property be vacated in the same condition as when it was delivered; otherwise, a penalty will be charged).
