50 APARTMENTS - 9 BUNGALOWS - 10 LODGES Family-run, managed directly by the owners who live within the complex. Located on the northeast coast, in the Castagniccia region, nestled in a park of approximately 8.000 square meters, surrounded by manicured gardens and outdoor spaces. The bungalows, simple yet comfortable brick accommodations, are terraced with garden views, while the comfortable and modern deluxe apartments are located in newly constructed buildings surrounding the pool. Lodges, mobile homes built in 2023, are also available. Located on the ground floor and furnished with modern furnishings, they are approximately 1 km away. The small town of Santa Lucia di Moriani is not far from other attractions, such as the Biguglia Lagoon Nature Reserve. 
CONVENTIONED BEACH Equipped from 31/05 to 06/09 upon request at booking with payment on site in Apartment Formula. Depending on the location of the accommodations and without road crossings, you will find Moriani beach, one of the most renowned sandy stretches on the east coast. Guests in Aparthotel Formula they will have included 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per apartment. Nearby it is also possible to practice water sports such as jet skiing and rent boats, windsurfing and catamaran. Possibility of renting a beach towel.
EQUIPMENT It features unattended private parking, a swimming pool, a fitness room, a children's play area, a reception desk, and free Wi-Fi. A laundry room with a dryer is available for a fee. It also has a bar-restaurant/pizzeria on the beach, managed by the same owners. All accommodation types are also available in Aparthotel Formula with half board supplement. Near the structure there are all kinds of services such as newspapers, tobacconists, supermarkets and medical services, as well as the possibility of horse riding and tennis for a fee. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE BUNGALOWS These are the closest to the sea, about 100 meters away. All are on the ground floor with a private entrance and a small furnished patio. Simply furnished, they are arranged on two levels, with a mezzanine opening onto the living room. They include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, an electric coffee maker, a microwave, and a bathroom with a shower.

THE LODGES Modernly furnished mobile homes located on the ground floor with a private entrance and furnished outdoor patio. They feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower.

THE DE LUXE APARTMENTS Located in newly constructed buildings, they feature a furnished terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. Spacious and furnished in a modern style, they all include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, an electric coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Bathrooms include a shower (sometimes with a bathtub in Bilo/Trilo apartments) and a hairdryer. Some Trilo apartments and all Quadri apartments are split-level and have sloping ceilings.

APARTHOTEL FORMULA Accommodations with a half-board supplement. This service, if requested, is mandatory for all participants and includes: buffet breakfast and a table-served dinner consisting of a main course and dessert, bed linens and towels changed midweek (self-service), final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette, which is the guest's responsibility), electricity, water, air conditioning, and beach service. Daily housekeeping and tidying are not included.
PETS ALLOWED Small pets (max 15 kg) available upon request (payment on site) for €50 per stay. Only dogs are allowed.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until June 28 and from September 6 (minimum 3 nights, prorated rates), check-in/check-out Monday, Saturday, or Sunday (minimum 5 nights from June 28 to August 2 and from August 30 to September 6, 7 nights for other periods, prorated rates). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and gas (where applicable), air conditioning. Bed linen and towels (initial supply only).
LINEN (payment on site) rental of bed linen and towels on request Euro 15 per person per supply (bed kit, 1 shower towel, 1 face towel). 
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) mandatory Euro 45 Mono/Bilo, Euro 55 Trilo, Euro 65 Lodge 4/6 and Quadri (kitchenette to be provided by the customer)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 400 per accommodation, mandatory by credit card as guarantee. 
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (Payment on site, upon request and if available at the time of booking) €15 per week. Same conditions apply if you have your own crib.
