RESIDENCE 220 APARTMENTS Surrounded by greenery and with direct access to the beach, it offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families. Located in the central eastern part of Corsica, known as Costa Serena, the area boasts magnificent landscapes and typical villages. The village of Ghisonaccia is about 4 km away.
BEACH The village stands directly on the sandy beach called Ghisonaccia, which stretches for several kilometers.
EQUIPMENT In addition to private, secure parking, it features a large swimming pool for adults and a children's pool (heated in low season), both equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is also available at the bar, snack bar, minimarket, and boutique. Electric car charging stations are available for a fee, and you can purchase a car. Meal Plan (mandatory for all participants and for the entire duration of the stay)  to be consumed at the restaurant-pizzeria overlooking the sea. Entertainment with Mini Club, Junior Club and Ados Club Separate age groups for children aged 4 to 18 (approximate dates from June 13 to September 19). The entertainment program will be intensified in July and August. Billiards, beach volleyball, and bocce are also available. The tennis court, with racket rental available on site, and an 18-hole mini golf course are available free of charge. A wellness area with a wide selection of massages is available for a fee. The property accepts credit cards.

THE APARTMENTS They can be on the ground floor or first floor, sometimes split internally, and all have a furnished terrace. Located in typically Corsican-style villas, they all have a private entrance, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, bathroom with shower or bathtub, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available for a fee on site. The term "+1" refers to the occupancy of a child up to 12 years old.

ACCOMODATION Available until July 11 and from September 5 (minimum stay 3 nights, pro-rata rates), Saturday/Saturday, Friday/Friday, Tuesday/Tuesday, and other periods (minimum stay 7 nights, pro-rata rates). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 9:30 AM. Please notify reception for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Guests are required to contact the property's reception at least 72 hours prior to arrival to confirm check-in.
