RESIDENCE 150 APARTMENTS In typical Mediterranean style, nestled in a garden-park of approximately 100.000 square meters directly on the sea, the complex comprises terraced houses and three-story buildings. About 5 km away is the center of Ghisonaccia, a characteristic eastern coastal town with a wealth of amenities, long sandy beaches, and wide open spaces. It is 60 km from Porto Vecchio.
BEACH Depending on their location, they are 250 to 350 meters from the free beach of Ghisonaccia, easily reachable by crossing a pedestrian bridge. Nearby there is a Diving Center and the possibility of renting pedal boats, jet skis, kayaks and sailing boats.
EQUIPMENT It has private internal unattended parking with one space per apartment (possible second car to be parked according to the management's instructions), free Wi-Fi in the reception area and refreshment point with TV. Laundry room and dryer for a fee. Minimarket and restaurants nearby. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished according to the taste of each individual owner, they can be arranged on the ground floor with a garden or on the upper floors with balcony, Both are fully equipped. Most are attic-style and split-level, and feature electric hobs, microwaves, air conditioning, and bathrooms with showers. They vary in size, even if they are the same type, and do not have a TV connection. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.

ACCOMODATION Available until June 28 and from September 6 (minimum stay 3 nights, pro-rata rates). Check-in/check-out Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from June 28 to August 2 and from August 23 to September 6 (minimum stay 5 nights, pro-rata rates). Check-in/check-out Sunday/Sunday other periods. Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-out after 11:30 PM is not possible.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory €85 per stay. Includes electricity, water, and air conditioning. Final cleaning (kitchenette to be cleaned by the guest).
LINEN (payment on site, to be indicated when booking) rental on request of bedroom and bathroom linen Euro 15 per person per supply (bed kit, 1 shower towel, 1 face towel).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment (in cash).
