HOTEL - RESIDENCE 100 ROOMS/APARTMENTS Surrounded by a large wooded park and directly on the sea, the complex is made up of 100 small villas that offer accommodation in rooms or apartments and a central body where the main services are located. The structure, managed directly by the owners, extends at the foot of the famous Castagniccia forest on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, between the sea and wooded hills, facing the Island of Elba and Montecristo. The area owes its name to the proximity of the ancient tower of San Pellegrino, which no longer exists, once a defensive position of Bastia. The village of Folelli is about 2,5 km away.
PRIVATE BEACH payment on site. With fine golden sand, thanks to its sloping seabed it is also ideal for families with children. From July to mid-September (indicative period) it is possible to rent umbrellas and deckchairs on site (available until all places are taken) and beach towels. On the beach there are games for children and a grill restaurant open for lunch and dinner from May to October (opening and closing according to weather conditions). Nearby Diving Centre and possibility of renting kayaks and boats.
EQUIPMENT It has private unattended parking, covered garage for bicycles, motorbikes and electric cars with charging station, restaurant with internal room and seafront terrace with table service, free Wi-Fi in common areas, air-conditioned bar facing the sea, lounge, air conditioning in common areas. Free use of two tennis courts, five-a-side football and bowls, table tennis and volleyball. With payment on site laundry service, billiards, table football, shuttle service on request to the village of Folelli, excursions departing from the hotel and car rental. In the months of July and August there is baby dance and soft entertainment with music and dancing evenings (depending on the period). The Hotel formula includes a buffet breakfast with a choice of sweet and savory. Nearby mountain bike rental, while within a radius of 5/10 km canyoning rafting, kayaking on the river (April and May), night fishing by boat, horseback riding and paragliding. The property accepts credit cards except Diners.
ROOMS All on the ground floor, with independent entrance and terrace equipped with table and chairs. They have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, mini fridge, telephone. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Third and fourth bed in sofa bed. The property has rooms available on request Communicating (4 full rates) with two bathrooms and double terrace.
PETS ALLOWED on request and only dogs (payment on site) Euro 17 per day (plus deposit Euro 150). Allowed in common areas and at the Restaurant.
