11 APARTMENTS The property, managed directly by the owners, is located near the small village of Tiuccia, overlooking the Gulf of Sagone. It's a simple three-story building overlooking a garden with sea views. The village center is about 650 meters away.
BEACH It is about 350 meters from the free sandy and rocky beach of Tiuccia, easily reachable on foot, while the beaches of Liscia on one side and Liamone on the other are 2 km away. A little further away we find the beaches of Stagnone, Lava, Capiluzzu, Menasina, Rocca Marina and Pero.
EQUIPMENT It has a private internal unattended parking and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace where customers can have their meals with payment on the spot. At about 350 meters there are commercial activities and food shops. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Functional and with simple furnishings, all of them with balcony Equipped with outdoor furniture, they feature electric hobs, microwaves, and bathrooms with showers. The three-room apartments, located on the upper floors, enjoy panoramic views of the gulf. The apartments do not have a TV connection.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until June 28 and from September 6 (minimum stay 4 nights, prorated rates). Check-in/check-out Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from June 28 to July 19 and from August 23 to September 6 (minimum stay 5 nights, prorated rates). Check-in/check-out Sunday/Sunday other periods. Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity and water, bedroom and bathroom linen (first supply only).
LINEN (payment on site) rental of bed linen and towels on request Euro 10 per person per supply (bed kit, 1 shower towel, 1 face towel).
FINAL CLEANING (Payment on site) Optional €50 per apartment if not left in the same condition as when delivered. The kitchenette must be left clean even if the final cleaning fee is paid.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment (in cash).
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (on request and if available at the time of booking) free even if with your own cot.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES up to 30 days before arrival as per the General Conditions; from 29 to 21 days 30%; from 20 to 11 days 50%; from 10 to 3 days 75%; from 2 days 100%.
