RESIDENCE 60 APARTMENTS It is a modern complex located on the western side of the island, in the small and lively village of Porticcio, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Sanguinaires Islands. The apartments, spread over several levels, are immersed in a large park of fragrant Mediterranean scrub and offer a pleasant and relaxing environment.
BEACH It is about 150 meters from the beach of La Viva which extends for 2 km while, going up towards the south, there is the renowned beach of Mare e Sole, both with fine and golden sand. Possibility of scuba diving, jet ski rental and boat rental.
EQUIPMENT It has covered parking with video surveillance with payment on site, outdoor swimming pool (heated in low season), equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, free Wi-Fi, lift, bowling green, coin-operated laundry and bar. On request, free use of bicycles (with deposit, helmet required), fitness room and sauna. The property accepts credit cards except Diners.
THE APARTMENTS All apartments feature a 10 sq m terrace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, a telephone, and a kitchenette with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. Bathrooms include a shower (separate toilet) and a hairdryer.

SERVICES INCLUDED electricity, water and air conditioning consumption. Bed linen and towels, with beds made upon arrival. For stays of 7 nights, change of bathroom linen and tidying up every 3 days; weekly change of bedroom linen for stays of min. 14 nights. Final cleaning (obligation to return the kitchenette clean).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 250 per apartment.
