RESIDENCE 120 APARTMENTS In an enchanting position near the sea, it extends within a large park of 10 hectares in the small village of Porticcio, in the bay of Ajaccio. In Porticcio there are commercial activities, bars, entertainment venues and discos.
PRIVATE BEACH free service. The fine sandy beach of Viva, which extends for approximately 2 km, is from 10 to 380 meters away depending on the location of the accommodation. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available free of charge to guests from 06/06 to 25/09 (approximate dates) while places last. Nearby it is possible to take boat trips and practice numerous sporting activities including diving, flyboarding, sailing and kayaking.
EQUIPMENT It has private unattended parking subject to availability, swimming pool and new Water Park. Free Wi-Fi in public areas, tennis court and table tennis. The bar located on a magnificent terrace around the fountain is the ideal place to refresh and enjoy cocktails and ice creams throughout the day and evening. Free soft entertainment for adults and, during French school holidays (from 06/07 to 31/08, indicative dates), Mini Club e Junior Club 3/18 years optional with payment on site. Mini Club e Junior Club Divided into age groups: 3-8 years, 8-11 years, and 11-18 years (available only during French school holidays), with payment on site (optional service, €15 per day or €65 per week). Activities include sports, creative, and relaxation, treasure hunts, crafts, cooking, entertainment, and wildlife observation. Both the entertainment and the Mini Club are available every day except Saturdays.
