RESIDENCE 150 APARTMENTS The complex is located in the Avillanella area in the municipality of Poggio Mezzana, a characteristic village perched on a hill, from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. The apartments, surrounded by manicured gardens, are ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday. At about 3 km, in the town of Santa Lucia Moriani, it is possible to find all kinds of services.
BEACH Just 250 meters away is Moriani beach, reachable via a pleasant walk. A few minutes by car is Figareto beach, suitable for families with children. In July and August at the property it will be possible to use pedal boats, paddles, surfboards, kayaks and wind-surfs free of charge until sold out.
EQUIPMENT It offers unattended private parking (one parking space per apartment), two swimming pools with furnished solarium, one open until the end of September and the other from June 15 to September 15 (approximate dates), reception at scheduled times with free Wi-Fi, large green spaces with a children's play area, a multi-purpose court, a bocce court, and a paid laundry. During the months of July and August (July 5 to August 23, approximate dates), five half-day entertainment programs are available for children aged 4 to 11. From June to September, the snack bar and restaurant (externally managed) are open. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Modernly furnished, they are available on the ground floor with a furnished outdoor space or on the first floor with a terrace. They all feature a private entrance, air conditioning, glass-ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator, and bathroom with shower or bathtub (sometimes with a separate toilet in Apt 6). TV rental is available, subject to payment on site.
